We purchased Property 8 in December 2021 for £79,000 although the home report value stood at £110,000. We purchased the property off-market as a cash purchase.
We purchased our 9th property in December 2021 for £62,000 for cash at auction. The home report was £85,000.
Property number 10 was purchased from the open market with cash for £50,000 in April 2022. The home report value was £50,000.
We purchased property number 11 in June 2022 for £45,000 in cash from the open market. The home report value was £55,000.
This property was purchased January 2023 for £35,000 in cash from the open market. The home report value was £50,000.
We purchased properties 13 & 14 for £87,000 off market through bridging finance.
The property 15 purchase started in April ’23 and is contingent upon planning being successful.
We purchased our 16th property at auction for £85,000 in May 2023, the home report was £145,000.
