We purchased properties 13 & 14 for £87,000 off market through bridging finance.
Property 13 is a ground floor, two-bed flat which was tenanted and in need of some upgrading such as internal insulation, a new heating system, and a bathroom, as well as general decoration and floor coverings.
Property 14 is a first floor, three-bed flat and in need of some upgrading, similar to that of property 13 – these flat needs internal insulation as well as loft insulation, a new kitchen, and a new heating system on top of general decoration and floor coverings.
The work on these two properties is set to start in July 2023 and was delayed due to conflicting tasks and ECO 4 grant applications.
